This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Pacific Time (San Francisco) Includes a 30-minute paid break

Total weekly hours: 40 hours

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to support key operational functions related to board meetings, insurance management, and property system setup. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, tech-savvy, highly organized, and thrives in a remote team environment. This role requires someone who is available to work full-time and aligned with Pacific Time Zone hours.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, coordinate, and attend board meetings

  • Take detailed meeting notes and follow up on action items

  • Manage and renew all property and business-related insurances

  • Set up and manage new associations within our property management system (AppFolio)

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation across platforms

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth property operations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in property management

  • Strong communication skills with excellent spoken and written English

  • Familiarity with AppFolio or similar property management software is a plus

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

  • Long-term commitment and eagerness to grow with the team

  • Immediate availability preferred
