Job Description

Dive into a multifaceted role that sits at the intersection of sales, production, and regulatory compliance in the thriving cannabis vape industry. You’ll be the linchpin connecting our remote sales team with our production powerhouse, ensuring seamless operations from quote to delivery. This position offers a unique blend of project coordination, inventory management, and sales support, requiring a keen eye for detail and a talent for juggling multiple priorities. You’ll work with cutting-edge products, navigate the complexities of a regulated industry, and play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth and efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Craft precise work orders and statements of work, translating approved quotes into actionable production plans
  • Liaise between sales and production teams, gathering critical data on ship dates, production timelines, and inventory levels
  • Maintain and optimize a suite of internal documents, including tracking sheets and performance metrics
  • Oversee inventory management for vape carts, packaging, and oil master batches, ensuring optimal stock levels
  • Participate in weekly production meetings, serving as the information conduit between departments
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, maintaining impeccable documentation
  • Support executive-level projects, flexing your project coordination skills as needed
  • Trigger internal invoices and collaborate with the finance team to maintain smooth cash flow

  • Sharp attention to detail with the ability to manage and analyze complex spreadsheets
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge remote teams and departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel skills a plus
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and follow established processes
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn about the cannabis industry and its regulatory landscape
  • Experience in project coordination, inside sales support, or related fields preferred
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive business information
