Responsibilities:
- Direct outbound cold calling (no inbound or warm leads)
- Targeting business owners in trades, retail, services, etc.
- Pitching digital marketing and web development solutions
- Booking discovery calls into our team’s calendar
- CRM usage and basic reporting of outcomes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead Generator, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and phone skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of perseverance and the ability to handle rejection.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
