Job Description
As an Outbound Sales Agent, you’ll be at the forefront of our client’s growth strategy, playing a crucial role in expanding their member base and fostering long-term client relationships. You’ll leverage your sales expertise and passion for fitness to convert leads into active members, guiding potential clients through their fitness journey from initial interest to full commitment. This role offers a unique blend of sales, customer service, and wellness advocacy, allowing you to make a real difference in people’s lives while driving business success.
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound calls to convert leads into trial memberships
- Engage trial members throughout their 14-day experience, encouraging full membership conversion
- Reactivate past leads and trial members who didn’t initially convert
- Manage lead and member information using LoyalSnap CRM and MindBody systems
- Hit or exceed conversion rate targets for both lead-to-trial and trial-to-member stages
- Articulate the benefits of high-intensity interval training and studio offerings
- Provide personalized follow-ups and support during trial periods
- Collaborate on email and text communication campaigns
- Adapt sales strategies to seasonal fluctuations in lead generation
- Potentially support multiple studio locations within the franchise
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills with a persuasive phone presence
- Solid understanding of fitness concepts and ability to discuss health goals confidently
- Proven track record in outbound sales, preferably in fitness or wellness industries
- Proficiency with CRM systems and willingness to quickly learn new platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and trust rapidly
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Self-motivated with capacity to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and seasonal trends
