Our Client is seeking a highly capable, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our business across marketing automation, content creation, and social media management. Expert-level experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is essential.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
Marketing Automation & GoHighLevel (GHL) Build high-converting landing pages, sales funnels, and websites Set up and manage automated email sequences CRM setup, tagging, and lead management Integrate and manage social media campaigns within GHL Social Media Management Design branded graphics and content using Canva, Adobe, or other Schedule and manage content calendars Chatbot & Lead Magnet Integration Set up ManyChat flows and attach lead magnets for lead capture and automation.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar virtual assistant or marketing role
- Tech-savvy and a fast learner of new platforms
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Able to work independently and manage a part-time (20 hours/week) flexible schedule
