#### Job Description
We're seeking a Marketing & Administrative Specialist to serve as the
behind-the-scenes orchestrator for a successful real estate practice.
This role combines digital marketing expertise with administrative
prowess, offering a unique opportunity to drive business growth while
maintaining operational excellence. You'll manage the complete digital
presence, from social media strategy to marketing automation, while
ensuring smooth business operations through organized systems and
processes. This position offers significant growth potential as the
business continues to expand its market presence and diversify its
portfolio.
#### Responsibilities
- Drive social media strategy and content creation across multiple platforms
- Manage and optimize website content, including regular blog updates
- Configure and maintain CRM systems (Brivity) to maximize efficiency
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns through MailChimp
- Create engaging marketing materials using Canva and other design tools
- Implement and manage scheduling systems through Calendly
- Maintain and optimize Google Business presence
- Organize digital assets and maintain efficient file management systems
- Track financial data (no experience needed)
- Manage communication systems and ensure timely responses
- Develop and maintain organizational systems for optimal efficiency
Requirements
#### Requirements- 2+ years of marketing experience, with real estate industry exposure preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with digital marketing tools and social
media platforms
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Must be available to work Eastern Time (ET) hours
- North American business experience preferred
