We're seeking a detail-oriented Lead Generation & Research Specialist to support our expanding business development initiatives. In this role, you'll be instrumental in gathering, organizing, and maintaining crucial business intelligence that drives our organization's growth. You'll work directly with senior leadership to compile comprehensive profiles of target companies, leveraging various online resources and our Salesforce CRM system to create actionable insights.
Responsibilities
Research and create detailed profiles of target companies using various online sources
Maintain and update our Salesforce CRM database with accurate company and contact information
Compile comprehensive reports on startup companies, including leadership details, business models, and contact information
Support event-based research initiatives, including pre-event preparation and post-event follow-up
Verify and update contact information through LinkedIn and other professional networks
Generate organized data sets for business development initiatives
Requirements
Proven experience with Salesforce CRM and data management
Strong research capabilities and attention to detail
Excellent English communication skills
Proficiency in online research tools and methodologies
Experience in lead generation or business development support
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable internet connection and home office setup
Available for minimum 10 hours per week
