Job Description

As an Interior Design Assistant, you’ll be integral to shaping opulent living spaces for an elite clientele. You’ll work on diverse projects, from concept to completion, utilizing AutoCAD to create precise, clean drawings that meet the firm’s exacting standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute creatively to luxury home interiors while developing your skills in a dynamic, high-end design environment. You’ll collaborate closely with architects and senior designers, ensuring seamless integration of interior elements with architectural features.


Responsibilities
  • Create detailed AutoCAD drawings for luxury interior design projects
  • Develop interior elevations, plans, electrical layouts, and reflected ceiling plans
  • Translate client ideas and inspiration into functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces
  • Prepare material specifications and data sheets for project documentation
  • Assist in basic 3D modeling and rendering using SketchUp
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance luxury home interiors
  • Collaborate with the architectural team to ensure cohesive design integration
  • Participate in expanding the firm’s interior design service offerings


  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, with focus on interior design applications
  • Sample works and portfolio required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, precise drawings
  • Understanding of luxury interior design principles and current trends
  • Basic knowledge of SketchUp for simple rendering tasks
  • Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking
  • Willingness to work night shift aligned with North American time zones
  • Passion for high-end design and commitment to excellence
