Job Description
Take ownership of a vital client acquisition role where you’ll be the first point of contact for potential insurance clients. Responsibilities
- Execute strategic outbound calling campaigns to connect with potential clients
- Achieve daily calling targets, managing approximately 30 calls per 35-minute block
- Schedule and coordinate virtual appointments using Zoom platform
- Send professional follow-up text messages to enhance engagement
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system
- Manage appointment scheduling through both CRM and Zoom calendar
- Generate daily performance reports tracking calls, connections, and appointments
- Process and qualify new leads efficiently
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth appointment handoffs
- Meet or exceed monthly appointment setting targets
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills with clear phone presence
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in CRM systems and Zoom
- Professional demeanor and ability to build rapport quickly
- Quiet, dedicated home office with stable internet connection
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through capabilities
- Ability to work independently while following established processes
- Previous experience in appointment setting or cold calling preferred
- Comfort with performance metrics and daily reporting
- Positive attitude and resilient nature when handling call outcomes
- Candidates must be confident and assertive
Note: Candidates will be provided with a lead pool of 300+ contacts. To be considered, applicants must have a proven track record of generating 9–10 quality contacts per day, with a show rate between 50% and 60%.
