Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a professional Instagram presence focused on attracting qualified candidates
- Craft personalized outreach messages using provided templates and scripts to engage potential recruits
- Identify and connect with promising candidates based on detailed targeting criteria
- Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and the hiring manager
- Track outreach activities and conversion rates to optimize recruitment efforts
- Provide regular updates on campaign performance and recruitment pipeline
- Contribute ideas for improving outreach effectiveness and engagement
Requirements
- Proven experience with Instagram and professional social media communication
- Excellent written communication skills with ability to personalize templated messages
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific targeting criteria
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently while following established processes
- Professional demeanor and understanding of confidentiality in financial services
- Reliable internet connection and comfortable with remote work
- Available for a minimum of 10 hours weekly with flexibility to increase hours as needed
- Bonus: Experience in recruitment, lead generation, or appointment setting
