Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a professional Instagram presence focused on attracting qualified candidates
  • Craft personalized outreach messages using provided templates and scripts to engage potential recruits
  • Identify and connect with promising candidates based on detailed targeting criteria
  • Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and the hiring manager
  • Track outreach activities and conversion rates to optimize recruitment efforts
  • Provide regular updates on campaign performance and recruitment pipeline
  • Contribute ideas for improving outreach effectiveness and engagement

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Instagram and professional social media communication
  • Excellent written communication skills with ability to personalize templated messages
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific targeting criteria
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while following established processes
  • Professional demeanor and understanding of confidentiality in financial services
  • Reliable internet connection and comfortable with remote work
  • Available for a minimum of 10 hours weekly with flexibility to increase hours as needed
  • Bonus: Experience in recruitment, lead generation, or appointment setting
