This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (American Fork, Utah – Mountain Daylight Time)
Paid Hours per Week: 40 hours

As an Appointment Scheduler, you’ll be the first contact for patients needing medical care. You’ll use modern scheduling tools to connect patients with providers quickly and kindly. This remote job combines clear processes with meaningful patient interaction and includes full training and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist patients via phone with scheduling medical appointments

  • Use scheduling systems to find optimal appointment times based on patient needs

  • Accurately collect and record essential patient information while maintaining confidentiality

  • Follow established protocols to schedule appointments across various medical services

  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize scheduling efficiency

  • Document all patient interactions in accordance with standardized procedures

  • Ensure HIPAA compliance in all communications and data handling

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Haitian Creole (French Creole) with a patient-focused approach

  • Previous experience in customer service or healthcare scheduling preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home office setup

  • Ability to work U.S. business hours

  • Comfortable with learning and using new technology systems

  • Strong sense of confidentiality and professional ethics
