Job Description
Step into a pivotal role where you’ll drive financial efficiency and streamline operations for a dynamic organization at the forefront of commercial property services. As the Finance & Administration Officer, you’ll manage end-to-end financial processes, leveraging modern accounting systems and digital platforms to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities
- Spearhead the management of high-volume financial operations, processing approximately 200 monthly invoices with precision and efficiency
- Drive payroll administration for a growing team of 160+ professionals, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Lead the transition and optimization of accounting systems, working with MYOB and potentially Xero
- Manage sophisticated client relationships through professional portal management and documentation
- Execute rapid-response invoicing within 30-minute turnaround times
- Maintain immaculate financial records and documentation across multiple systems
- Coordinate with management to streamline and improve financial processes
- Handle both recurring and special project invoicing with attention to detail
- Ensure compliance with client-specific requirements and documentation standards
Requirements
- Proven experience with Australian accounting software, particularly MYOB and/or Xero
- Demonstrated capability in high-volume invoice processing and portal management
- Strong track record in payroll administration for large teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Advanced time management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Expertise in client portal systems and digital documentation
- Professional communication skills with ability to interact with various stakeholders
- Proven ability to work autonomously while maintaining high standards
- Experience in commercial or property services sector (preferred)
