Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer support calls with professionalism and empathy
- Respond to customer emails promptly and accurately, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of customer issues, including billing inquiries, reservation adjustments, vehicle-related problems during rental trips, and more
- Process payments and refunds accurately, maintaining financial records with precision
- Log comprehensive details of customer issues and the corresponding resolutions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate documentation for future reference
- Identify and seize opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience, providing feedback and insights to the management team
- Collaborate with other team members to share best practices, resolve complex issues, and contribute to a positive team environment
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer support, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Ability to work weekends and accommodate flexible work schedules to meet customer needs and support our 24/7 operation
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a keen focus on providing clear and concise information to customers and team members
- Adept at analyzing complex situations, identifying root causes, and offering effective solutions to ensure customer concerns are resolved
- Meticulous approach to recording information accurately and ensuring all tasks are completed with precision
- Familiarity with customer relationship management tools to effectively document interactions and track customer inquiries
