Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive review and correction of financial records for tax years 2022-2024
  
• Implement best practices for financial record keeping and transaction categorization
  
• Master the proper classification of various financial instruments including loans, income, and transfers
  
• Generate accurate financial reports and documentation for tax preparation purposes
  
• Establish efficient coordination channels with external accountants
  
• Maintain meticulous records of all financial transactions
  
• Process and categorize banking transactions with high attention to detail
  
• Create and maintain systematic approaches to track business account transfers
  
• Develop and implement improved bookkeeping processes for ongoing operations
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks
  
• Proven track record in bookkeeping and tax preparation
  
• Deep understanding of proper financial instrument classification and reporting
  
• Demonstrated expertise in handling complex financial transactions
  
• Superior attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
  
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  
• Experience with digital banking platforms and financial systems
