DM Appointment Setter (ZR_23591_JOB)

• Availability: 5 to 7 days per week

Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and fluent English-speaking DM Appointment Setter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating and managing direct message conversations via Instagram, using tools like Manychat to qualify leads and book appointments. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a strong grasp of nuance in English conversation.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Instagram followers through direct messages (DMs) using Manychat.
  
• Qualify leads and strategically guide them toward booking appointments or discovery calls.
  
• Maintain an active presence on Instagram for 6 hours per day, consistently managing inbound and outbound DM conversations.
  
• Track conversations, follow-ups, and scheduled calls in an organized manner.
  
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve DM scripts and booking strategies.
  
• Provide feedback on lead quality and audience engagement trends.
  
• Stay updated with Instagram and Manychat features relevant to lead generation and appointment setting.
  

Requirements

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in DM setting specifically on Instagram.
  
• Proficiency in using Manychat or similar DM automation tools.
  
• Advanced fluency in English, with a strong understanding of tone, nuance, and conversational flow.
  
• Ability to think strategically and adapt conversations to different types of potential clients.
  
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
  

Highly Regarded :

• Experience booking calls through Instagram DMs using Manychat.
  
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or online coaching environments.
  
• Familiarity with social media growth strategies and audience engagement.
