JOB DESCRIPTION: APPOINTMENT SETTERS
Scope:
- Wednesday to Sunday, 10:30am to 7:30pm Central with an hour unpaid break
- Remote work from home
- Performance-based bonus structure
- Direct reporting to client management
- Use of client-provided software and calling systems
- Handling both warm leads and cold calling campaigns
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to both warm leads and cold calls
- Generate interest with homeowners in solar solutions
- Schedule qualified appointments for solar consultations
- Set specific appointment times for in-person meetings
- Track and document call outcomes
- Meet performance metrics and calling targets
- Maintain consistent communication with leads
Requirements:
- Fluent English communication skills
- Previous experience in telemarketing or appointment setting
- Strong phone presence and professional communication
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
- Ability to work independently
- Basic computer proficiency
