Job Highlights:
Contract: Independent Contractor
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and serve as first point of contact for med spa clients
- Schedule and manage client appointments
- Make outbound calls to confirm upcoming appointments (5-7 calls daily)
- Provide calendar management and scheduling support
- Handle general administrative tasks
- Perform light bookkeeping duties
- Support additional business functions once core duties are mastered
Scope:
- Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm Central with an hour's unpaid break
- Remote work
- Direct reporting to business leadership
- Handle approximately 5-7 calls per day
- Manage scheduling system for med spa appointments
- Support executive calendar and administrative needs
- Maintain confidentiality of business and client information
Requirements
- Previous administrative assistant experience required
- Strong customer service and phone communication skills
- Ability to work in client’s timezone
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong English language proficiency
