About the Role:
This role is perfect for a motivated self-starter—ideally in their 20s—who can quickly grasp instructions and work with minimal supervision. As our Administrative Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our student operations, ensuring a smooth enrollment experience, managing communications, and supporting course administration. There is room for growth in this role as you gain experience and contribute to the center’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete student enrollment process across multiple language programs.
- Create, update, and maintain student databases, categorized by language preference.
- Coordinate with instructors to confirm course schedules and availability.
- Use Brevo (or similar tools like MailChimp) to create and send targeted email campaigns.
- Monitor class registrations and ensure minimum enrollment numbers are met.
- Set up and schedule new classes according to calendar and venue availability.
- Respond promptly and professionally to student inquiries via email.
- Forward emails and manage communications efficiently.
- Assist in processing student payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Support student retention through well-timed communication and engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and follow instructions without repetition.
- Experience with or willingness to learn email marketing platforms such as Brevo or MailChimp.
- Confident using Google Docs, spreadsheets, and other online productivity tools.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Customer service-oriented with excellent written communication skills.
- Proactive, self-directed, and reliable under minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a tech-savvy, multicultural environment.
- Interest in education and supporting student success.
- Previous experience in administrative support or education (preferred but not required).
