Job Highlights:Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM with 1 hour unpaid lunch break (8 hours per day/40 hours per week)
Client Timezone: Central time
Responsibilities
- Monitor and claim incoming service requests from the Rely@Home platform
- Schedule service appointments within designated time windows
- Confirm appointments with customers via phone calls
- Manage technician schedules and routes for optimal efficiency
- Update customer information and job notes in the Crew Control software
- Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication
- Scheduling and dispatching service calls for a home warranty company
- Coordinating technician routes and schedules within a local service area
- Utilizing provided software tools (e.g., Crew Control, Rely@Home)
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using scheduling and routing software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Familiarity with residential HVAC and appliance repair services (preferred)
