About the Role:
We are hiring a project-based Marketing Collateral Designer for a client in the industrial equipment sector. This role involves updating and redesigning marketing materials by converting and rebranding content from existing PDFs into a new brand identity. You will work closely with our team to ensure timely, high-quality outputs aligned with marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Review marketing materials and product PDFs from a reference company.
Rebrand the content to align with the client’s branding guidelines, including logo, colors, fonts, and messaging.
Convert documents into polished, print- and digital-ready formats.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and brand consistency.
Deliver all completed assets within the agreed one-month timeline.
Requirements:
Proven experience in graphic design or marketing collateral creation.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) or equivalent design tools.
Strong understanding of branding and visual communication.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Familiarity with working from existing PDF content and updating for a new brand is a plus.
Reliable communication and attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with B2B companies or industrial products.
Previous remote/freelance project experience.
Basic copywriting or content adaptation skills.
