After a brief hiatus to focus on family, our client is eager to reinvigorate their business and is on the lookout for an organized, detail-oriented assistant to ensure seamless operations.

Job Description
Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the world of real estate? We're on the hunt for a dedicated administrative assistant to join our Ottawa-based client's dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in managing crucial tasks such as paperwork coordination, listings management, database upkeep, and social media engagement, all contributing to our client's continued success. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a keen eye for detail, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for!

Responsibilities
  • Take charge of administrative paperwork tasks, including offer coordination, with precision and efficiency.
  • Assume responsibility for loading, updating, and managing real estate listings to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Maintain the integrity of our client's CRM database through meticulous data entry and management.
  • Cultivate an engaging online presence by curating and posting captivating content across various social media platforms.
  • Act as the linchpin of day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.


Requirements

  • Impeccable attention to detail, with a knack for spotting discrepancies and ensuring precision in all tasks.
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively and adeptly manage competing priorities.
  • Strong organizational acumen, capable of maintaining order amidst dynamic real estate operations.
  • While real estate experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory; we welcome candidates eager to learn and grow in the field.
  • Previous experience working with Canadian/Ontario realtors is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, with a knack for foreseeing and solving problems before they arise.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for fostering long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design software for content creation.
  • Familiarity with Gmail, Instagram, Insightly or similar CRM, and Google Sheets.
  • Knowledge of Zapier or other automation APIs would be a significant advantage.
