Accountant - NetSuite (ZR_21657_JOB)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST

We’re seeking a systems-savvy, detail-oriented Accounting Specialist with deep expertise in Excel, NetSuite, and OpenAir to join our finance team. This role is perfect for someone who can handle complex invoicing processes, generate meaningful reports, and support ongoing accounting operations with precision and speed.

You'll work closely with the broader finance and operations team to ensure invoicing is accurate, reporting is timely, and systems are used to their full potential. • Create, manage, and troubleshoot complex Excel-based reports and models for financial analysis

• Own the invoicing process within NetSuite and OpenAir, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

• Develop and maintain custom reports within NetSuite and OpenAir for internal finance use

• Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to align financial data with business reporting needs

• Ensure data integrity across systems, catching discrepancies early and resolving them quickly

• Provide technical support for financial system users, helping troubleshoot and optimize workflows

• Assist in month-end reporting, reconciliations, and data extraction as needed

Requirements

• Expert-level Excel skills – must be confident in advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, macros

• Proven experience working with NetSuite including invoicing and report generation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, and reconciliations

• High attention to detail and a passion for clean, organized data

• Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally with finance, tech, and leadership teams

• Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a remote environment

• Background in SaaS or professional services businesses

• Experience integrating data across systems

• Prior experience helping teams optimize system usage or implement new tools
