Brown & Brown is Seeking an Jr ETL – Data Integration Developer to join our growing team.
The Junior ETL/Data Integration Engineer supports the development and maintenance of data pipelines and integration workflows across enterprise systems. This role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to grow technical skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
How You Will Contribute
- Assist in building ETL/ELT pipelines under guidance from senior engineers.
- Participate in data modeling and schema design.
- Support data extraction, transformation, and loading tasks.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and document integration processes.
- Collaborate with analysts and developers to understand data requirements.
Skills & Experience to Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in data engineering or integration.
- Familiarity with SQL and one programming language (e.g., Python or C#).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a team-oriented environment.
Pay Range
$80,000 - $100,000 AnnualThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
