Brightline is dedicated to addressing the significant challenges families face when seeking behavioral and mental health care for their children and teenagers. Many parents find the process of finding timely, affordable, and high-quality care to be overwhelming, often encountering long waitlists, difficulty navigating insurance, and a fragmented system that doesn't cater to the unique needs of young individuals. Our customers, these families, are looking for accessible solutions that can provide support for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, conduct disorders, and other common childhood behavioral health issues. They need a partner who understands the urgency and the emotional toll these challenges can take on the entire family unit.

At Brightline, we offer a comprehensive, family-centered approach to pediatric behavioral health. We provide virtual therapy, psychiatry, coaching programs, and on-demand support designed specifically for children, teens, and their caregivers. Our services are built to be convenient, allowing families to access care from the comfort of their homes, thereby reducing the logistical burdens often associated with traditional in-person appointments. We aim to empower families by equipping them with the tools, resources, and expert guidance needed to navigate their child's behavioral health journey. By partnering with employers and health plans, we strive to make our services more affordable and readily available, ensuring that more children and teens can receive the critical support they need to thrive. Our mission is to transform the behavioral health landscape for young people, making it easier for families to get the right care, at the right time, in the right way.
