At Brightli, we understand that mental health challenges affect communities everywhere. Our customers—community health providers—face significant operational and financial challenges that often threaten their survival. This is why our mission is crucial: we strive to improve client care, reduce the financial burden on these centers, and advocate for better access to mental health and substance use care. We do this by forming a unique organizational model where multiple behavioral health organizations collaborate under a single parent company. Together, we can navigate the tumultuous healthcare landscape more effectively than alone.

Brightli operates as the parent to several significant subsidiaries, including Burrell Behavioral Health, Preferred Family Healthcare, Southeast Missouri Behavioral Health, Firefly Supported Living & Employment Services, Adult & Child Health, and the Brightli Foundation. Each entity retains its independence but shares in the resources and strategic support we provide, allowing for enhanced service delivery and community outreach. Our innovative model not only helps survive challenging times; it enhances the overall quality of care we deliver. As the largest behavioral health and addiction treatment provider in the U.S., we are here to ensure that every ember within ourselves and our communities can shine bright and lead to healthier, happier lives.
