We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to handle customer inquiries and issues across multiple digital platforms, with a focus on social media and community management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive and resourceful, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in social care, community management, CX support, or digital customer service
  • Fluent in English both written and oral
  • Strong verbal communication & writing skills
  • General knowledge and interest in various social media platforms
  • Personal PC/laptop with a working webcam
  • Good working home environment with a stable internet connection
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift, on a rotating schedule
  • Calm under pressure and confident in high-visibility comment sections
  • Organized, accountable, and consistent
