About the role:

We're seeking a Project Manager to orchestrate AI-powered creative projects for premium brands. This role demands someone who can seamlessly blend traditional project management excellence with innovative AI production methodologies, particularly suited to beauty, luxury, and premium sector work.

The GenAi Integrated Project Manager is responsible for running creative and production processes and working alongside our existing talented Project Management team to drive a project from brief to delivery. Leading on projects while working with our dynamic teams across the business, our project managers successfully deliver projects following Brandtech+' ways of working.

You should have meticulous attention to detail, understand the importance of the profitability of your projects for the agency and you will have proven yourself as a safe pair of hands by having integrated experience on the day-to-day running of multiple prestigious projects involved either AI, Automation, video, Motion , digital or Print.

What you will be doing:

Project Leadership:

• Lead complex, multi-channel projects utilising Gen AI technologies

• Manage integrated teams across creative, strategy, and AI production

• Drive project excellence for premium brand deliverables

• Establish and maintain project management best practices

• Ensure optimal resource allocation and timeline management

AI Production Management:

• Oversee Gen AI workflow integration and optimization

• Manage AI tool implementation within project timelines

• Coordinate between traditional and AI-powered production streams

• Ensure quality control for AI-generated assets

• Track and report on AI production metrics

Client & Team Management:

• Build strong client relationships with premium brand stakeholders

• Lead internal and external project communications

• Manage cross-functional team dynamics

• Drive continuous process improvement

• Maintain budget control and resource efficiency

Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans incorporating AI workflows

• Identify and mitigate risks specific to AI production

• Manage scope, timeline, and budget parameters

• Ensure quality control across all deliverables
• Drive project optimization and efficiency

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in project management tools

• Understanding of Gen AI capabilities and limitations
