Digital Project Manager & Studio Manager: Brand, design, digital & marketing DRAFT
Remote/offshore or UK (min 3 days per week in office)
Fixed Term with a view to perm
We’re looking for a driven Senior Project Manager to join us for 6-12 months to alleviate our current workload with potential for a longer term fixed contract or permanent. You’ll be embedded in up to 4 accounts, managing digital workflows, liaising between accounts, strategy, creative and developers. Applicants must have at least 5 years’ agency experience. Must have experience working remotely. We work in place, property, infrastructure, and hospitality as well as with exciting challenger brands. It’s a busy but stimulating environment with a friendly, supportive team. A willingness to roll your sleeves up and a sense of humour will mean you fit in perfectly. We rarely work out late/out of hours. We’ll also need support streamlining our processes and PM tools. Ideally you will also be able to take on the role of studio / resource manager once you are familiar with our processes and the wider team.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in PM role at brand, creative or marketing/digital agency including web development, animation, digital marketing. Solid knowledge of the marketing mix
- Experience translating brand identity into digital products
- Comfortable using Figma and other digital tools related to web design, build and deployment
- Able to deal with both multi phased waterfall projects with cross phase dependencies and also agile sprints - bringing together the branding, design and digital parts of a project to happen at the right points
- Experienced at booking agency resource, budget allocation and tracking
- Must have bespoke web build experience and be comfortable managing the whole process from research, strategy, user journey, wire framing, design, build, onsite SEO, testing and launch as well as dev ops and developer processes. Must be comfortable with Wordpress and ideally app build and Magento. (E-commerce not required)
- Adept at using AI tools to drive efficiency and improve outputs
- Ideally will have infrastructure, property and place branding experience
- Familiar with Productive PM, Asana, Trello software
- Militant organisation and planning to manage deadlines and deliverables
- Accountability, strong leadership and team engagement, comfortable working with creatives and freelancer mix to ensure the best work and timely delivery
- Ability to create a considered project plan and keep the team on track with milestones and feedback
