About the Role

The Revenue Operations Program Manager will drive cross-functional integration projects across our revenue technology stack. This role bridges business requirements and technical implementation, focusing on mid-complexity integration initiatives that enhance revenue processes without requiring deep platform development expertise.

Reporting to the Head of of Revenue Operations, you'll partner closely with Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development, synthesizing their diverse requirements into actionable Salesforce-rooted project plans. You’ll be in-the-weeds developing best-in-class solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You'll also closely collaborate with the technical Salesforce team and the RevOps Manager to share best practices as a project delivery SME, and to ensure alignment and quality execution on each initiative.

In this role you will

Program Leadership Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end integration projects connecting marketing automation, sales engagement, customer success platforms, and business intelligence tools to our core revenue systems
  • Manage project scope, timelines, stakeholder expectations, and resource allocation for concurrent rev stack initiatives
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation roadmaps that technical teams can execute
  • Establish project governance frameworks including status reporting, risk management, and change control processes

Cross-Functional Orchestration

  • Coordinate between revenue teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), Rev Ops, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, design workshops, and user acceptance testing with business stakeholders
  • Partner with the Lead GTM Engineer on technical handoffs for projects requiring custom development work
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Salesforce Admin to ensure integrations align with platform best practices and data governance standards

Integration Strategy Optimization

  • Evaluate new technology requests and conduct vendor assessments to determine fit within the existing rev stack architecture
  • Design integration workflows for tools such as marketing platforms (Pardot), sales engagement tools (MixMax, Rev.io, Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo), CPQ solutions, and 3rd party data analytics platforms (GovSpend)
  • Document data flows, field mappings, and business logic for all integration touchpoints
  • Identify opportunities to consolidate tools, streamline processes, and improve data quality across the revenue ecosystem

Stakeholder Management Enablement

  • Build strong relationships with revenue leaders to understand pain points and surface opportunities for process improvement
  • Create training materials and enablement programs to drive adoption of new integrations and workflows
  • Communicate project status, blockers, and milestones to executive stakeholders through clear, concise reporting
  • Manage vendor relationships for integration-focused technologies and implementation partners

You are

  • Fluent in the Art of the Deal: you understand sales and speak the language of sales teams. You are able to build trust by offering insights that solve real challenges and meet key goals
  • Big-Picture Thinking: You ensure technical solutions align with the company’s broader goals, driving growth and operational success.
  • A Problem-Solver Through and Through: You thrive on tackling tough challenges involving multiple stakeholders, sometimes with competing priorities
  • An Expert Communicator: Acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, you help everyone—from marketing to implementation support—work together smoothly while ensuring that nobody goes unheard
  • Always Learning: With AI and technology evolving quickly, you stay curious and flexible, always learning new tools and techniques to stay ahead
  • Driven by Improvement: Self-starter who can identify problems, propose solutions, and drive initiatives forward with minimal supervision
  • Adaptable: Familiarity with change management principles and organizational adoption strategies

On your resume

  • 5+ years in program management, project management, business systems analysis, or revenue operations roles
  • Proven track record delivering integration projects involving CRM, marketing automation, and go-to-market tools
  • Strong understanding of revenue operations processes across lead-to-cash lifecycle
  • Experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and experience with various integration tools and APIs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with competing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
  • Salesforce Developer certification a plus

At BrainPOP, we are at the forefront of educational technology, pioneering innovative solutions that revolutionize how students learn and engage with complex subjects. Our journey began in 1999 with a groundbreaking vision from our founder, Dr. Avraham Kadar, to use animation as a powerful tool to simplify and clarify intricate medical concepts for young patients. This foundational idea of a 'brain pop'—that sudden burst of understanding—has evolved into a comprehensive digital learning platform that is trusted by millions. Through our suite of products, including BrainPOP, BrainPOP Jr., and BrainPOP ELL, we are not just delivering educational content; we are engineering a new paradigm for learning that is both accessible and profoundly engaging for all students. Our approach is rooted in the science of learning, leveraging technology to create dynamic and interactive experiences that foster critical thinking, computational skills, and creativity. We are continuously innovating, expanding our learning tools to empower kids to create, construct, and collaborate as they explore the world around them.

Our commitment to innovation extends to every facet of our platform. We have embraced technologies like creative coding, in partnership with Vidcode, to provide students with project-based learning opportunities that transcend traditional subject boundaries. This allows them to demonstrate their understanding by creating their own digital projects, from memes and stop-motion animations to augmented reality experiences. By integrating such cutting-edge features directly into our topic pages, we are championing coding as a fundamental literacy for the 21st century. Furthermore, our acquisition by KIRKBI, the family-owned holding and investment company of the LEGO brand, marks a significant milestone in our journey. This partnership fuels our mission to make learning fun and accessible, providing us with the strategic guidance and support to continue our work in empowering kids to shape the world around them and within them. We are dedicated to building and measuring the skills needed for students to thrive in tomorrow's world, ensuring that every learner has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
