Senior Application Integrator (LIMS Agilab)

We are looking for an experienced Application Integrator (Senior Level - S3) to support the transition and ongoing support of a LIMS Agilab solution used within a Research & Innovation (R&I) environment. The platform is currently managed by an external provider, and this project involves taking over its full management and support. The consultant will work closely with the outgoing team to ensure a smooth handover and maintain business continuity.

Tasks

Participate in the knowledge transfer process, acquiring full understanding of the Agilab solution, including:

• User access and role management
• Database administration
• Application lifecycle (versioning, upgrades)
• Architecture: application and database server implementation/configuration

Provide 2nd-level application support, manage incident tickets, escalate to 3rd-level support when needed, and ensure timely service delivery.

Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into actionable technical specifications, collaborate with architects and vendors, and configure the solution accordingly.

Conduct system testing, maintain functional and technical documentation, and ensure compliance with internal security and quality standards.

Lead knowledge transfer sessions with internal teams to ensure a sustainable operational model.

Requirements

• Background in the R&I domain or scientific environments.
• Proficiency in managing scientific data and working with cloud-based platforms and analytical tools.
• Strong foundation in IT:
• Network infrastructure
• Database management (SQL expertise)
• Software deployment and maintenance
• Hands-on experience with LIMS platforms, especially Agilab.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices in application support.
• Detail-Oriented & Accountable: Able to produce accurate and thorough technical outputs, taking ownership of key deliverables.
• Collaborative & Adaptable: Comfortable working in evolving environments and across multi-functional teams, with a solution-oriented mindset.
