Senior UI/UX Designer

Summary:

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive and visually stunning user experiences across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in UI/UX design, with proficiency in Figma and a strong understanding of branding principles. In addition to expertise in user interface design, knowledge of AI technologies and experience in designing for web and marketing materials will be highly beneficial for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for user interfaces across web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency, usability, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketers to define user requirements and translate them into intuitive design solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve upon designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Utilize Figma as the primary design tool to create and collaborate on UI/UX designs with team members.
• Maintain design libraries and components to ensure consistency and efficiency in design workflows.
• Train and mentor junior designers on best practices and techniques for using Figma effectively.
• Ensure alignment of UI/UX designs with brand guidelines and principles to maintain brand consistency and integrity.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create digital assets and marketing materials that reflect the brand identity and messaging.
• Stay updated on AI technologies and trends to incorporate intelligent features and capabilities into user interfaces where applicable.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to design interfaces that leverage AI-driven insights and functionality.
• Design engaging and visually appealing websites, landing pages, and marketing materials that effectively communicate brand messaging and drive user engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create digital campaigns and assets optimized for various platforms and channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience working with AI technologies and integrating intelligent features into user interfaces.
• Experience in managing multiple projects.
• Knowledge of web design principles including responsive design, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale.
• Experience with Web and Marketing material designs.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect designs.
