Accounting / Data Entry Clerk

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Data Enrichment Team as a Data Enrichment Associate to support the execution of financial data processing for our clients. This position will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining financial data into our electronic database. Proficiency in accounting terminology and interpreting investment-related financial documents is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieving financial statements from various websites and online sources.
• Uploading financial statements to the client's database and tagging them appropriately.
• Verifying information provided to our client by third-party entities using online databases to cross-check information.
• Reviewing and understanding finance documents related to investment accounts.
• Entering information found on online databases into our databases.
• Conducting internal, or online, research into verifications..
• Attending team check-ins and training as needed.
• Updating financial records in our database.
• Tracking and following up on data entry requests, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Learning and retaining details on specific financial documentation requirements including prerequisites, forms required, form completion requirements, supporting documentation, and regulations.
• Assisting with a variety of special projects as assigned.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Familiar with accounting terminology and financial documents that relate to investment accounts.
• An experience working in a BPO company under a financial account is a BIG plus.
• Experience working with accounting tools or databases is a plus.
• Excellent command of the English language
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to support a Work from Home setup
• Own PC/laptop (Minimum of i3 processor, 4 gig RAM)
• Internet speed no lower than 15 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload
