Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our end-to-end recruitment process for our Outsourcing/Internal operations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent, ensuring alignment with our project goals. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage talent pipelines, collaborate with stakeholders, and enhance recruitment practices to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top talent.
- Candidate Screening: Perform thorough screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Organize and conduct initial interviews, evaluating candidates' suitability for specific roles.
- Candidate Selection: Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed decisions on candidate selection, ensuring alignment with project and team needs.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring demands.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to measure the success of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously enhance recruitment strategies and processes.

Qualifications:
- Located in Greater Manila or NCR area is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager. BPO experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of Recruitment process Management especially in a BPO set-up environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent to support business objectives.
- Able to support a Work from Home setup
- Own PC/laptop (Minimum of i3 processor, 4 gig RAM)
- Internet speed no lower than 10 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload
