Your MissionWe are looking for a STORE-MERCHANDISING & CRO SPECIALIST to join BlaBlaCar’s Growth Marketing team. Reporting to the Organic Marketing Manager, your role will be to define, prioritize & implement actions on specific touchpoints of each of our stores (app, website & blog) in order to :- Support business, marketing or informational needs.- Optimizing the conversion rate of our user journeys.
The Organic Marketing teamThe Organic Marketing team’s scope is:- First and foremost, to define and roll-out an SEO strategy enabling us to emerge as a global & multimodal organic actor on all active markets.- But it also includes the management of our website’s Landing Pages, content & UX, notably to support all marketing initiatives on the latter.
With this hiring we want to increase our ability to support these marketing initiatives while putting more focus on conversion rate optimization projects. The Organic Marketing team sits within BlaBlaCar’s Growth Marketing team. This team manages centrally all our high impact channels (SEO, SEA, Facebook, Display, ASA, Youtube) thanks to a skilled and motivated team of channel experts.

Your responsibilities

  • Support acquisition, branding & retention initiatives by building landing pages, writing copies, A/B testing different versions and rolling out campaigns.
  • Suggest UX enhancements on existing pages & develop new optimized web page templates for partners across marketing and other departments to build.
  • Be an advocate for optimizing marketing web pages (on both desktop and mobile) balancing conversion rate optimization with user experience and long-term brand sentiment.
  • Develop a web page optimization product backlog & prioritize it by leading an A/B testing program.
  • Collaborate with other team members including SEO, SEA, CRM, Paid, Product & Tech, to drive our overall website strategy and identify new landing page opportunities.
  • Boost App downloads via ASO actions & on-page optimizations.

Your qualifications:

  • You are knowledgeable on the Web CRO space, and advocate for bringing new techniques and technologies to the company.
  • You have a deep understanding of testing, including A/B and multivariate, and know when to apply different methodologies.
  • You know how to build cross-functional partnerships with product, engineering, design, and other marketing teams.
  • Full working proficiency in English, and an excellent level of French or Spanish.

  • Nice to have : You have some App Store Optimization knowledge or have experience using a CMS
