This position directly supports the Field Sales team in various tasks including but not limited to quotations, order management, and customer communication. It serves as a vital role within the organization, aiming to take administrative tasks out of the hands of Field Sales. This position is remote however the ideal candidate should reside within the Richmond metropolitan area.
JOB DUTIES:
- Assist in pre and post-sales activities in support of the Field Sales team’s efforts
- Assist with quoting opportunities and managing them effectively in the CRM
- Assist with the management of orders both internally and externally
- Be a liaison between the sales team and internal stakeholders
- Be available when needed to assist in lead generation and prospecting activities
- Work with the Head of Sales and BU Director to ensure CRM standards are managed and kept
- Assist in creating, managing, and distributing pipeline reports to relevant parties
- When needed coordinate samples, testing, and visit opportunities for the Field Sales team
- Effectively manage and communicate change orders, changes in delivery, and any other relevant items post order both externally and internally

JOB REQUIRMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- Strong experience and background in administration
- Customer Service background, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Highly productive working knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Including experience in CRM-related programs
