Regulatory Counsel - US

Binance is seeking a Regulatory Counsel to provide expert legal guidance on U.S. regulatory and law enforcement expectations, particularly those relating to crypto and financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise assisting with legal issues, including experience with litigation and contentious regulatory matters, and a strong knowledge of U.S. AML and sanctions compliance programs.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise assisting with legal issues, including experience with litigation and contentious regulatory matters
• Strong knowledge of U.S. AML and sanctions compliance programs
• Deep understanding of U.S. financial products, including spot trading, margin trading, futures, and options, especially within the crypto industry
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex legal issues proactively
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, capable of conveying complex legal concepts clearly to diverse audiences
