This position is highly "P2P Operational tasks" driven, P2P and crypto-operations experience come first.
Responsibilities
- Set-up, sustain and manage the Africa P2P business, local operations, product localisation and facilitate on regulatory matters
- Collect local users, communities feedbacks and competitors' insights to optimize our service offering
- Explore collaboration opportunities with local P2P partners, blockchain/crypto communities, associations to expand P2P awareness in AFRICA market
- Exploring more P2P related partnerships
- Design and implement go-to-market strategies to boost P2P volume growth, facilitate content building and promotion strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with regulators, banks and payment partners
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current regulations to provide strategic advice
Requirements
- At least 7 years experience of proven success in a similar role within Operations role at blockchain/crypto company, financial institution or bank AFRICA
- Equipped with data and business analytics mindset
- Deep understanding of local communities and crypto space in AFRICA
- Experience ideally P2P focus, Fiat/Fintech experience would be bonus
- Bilingual English Niger-Congo is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
