BigPanda is seeking a Senior Manager of Technical Sales Enablement to join our high-impact, high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales methodology, product knowledge, soft skills, and process enablement across the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization.
Requirements

- Process-oriented mindset with the ability to translate complex learning needs into scalable systems and workflows.
- 8+ years of experience at a SaaS or software company.
- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement or in a software sales role.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools or automations to optimize sales enablement programs, coaching, and content creation.
- Familiarity with leading sales methodologies such as Command of the Message, MEDDPICC, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with common LMS platforms and coaching and enablement tools.
- Strong alignment with BigPanda’s corporate HEART values
- Bonus: Experience in the AIOps / ITOps domain.
- Bonus: Prior experience in-role as a Sales Engineer, Solution Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or in Professional Services.
