Requirements
- Previous experience in collections or a related field is preferred
- Customer service, negotiation, and finance skills
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices is preferred
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Adherence to ethical standards
