We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Collections Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining positive relationships while ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances. The ideal candidate is persuasive, empathetic, and able to balance firmness with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned accounts, monitor overdue balances, and contact customers to collect outstanding payments.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and establish repayment schedules.
- Investigate and resolve billing issues or discrepancies.
- Document all communications and collection activities in the company's system.
- Prepare regular reports on collection status for management.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements
- 2+ years as Collections Representative.
- Previous experience in customer service or accounts receivable is a plus.
- High school diploma required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or collections software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Technical Requirements
- Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows | M2 for Macs.
- RAM: 16 GB minimum.
- Internet: Stable connection of 25-50 Mbps minimum.

- Current starting salary: $1,125 USD/month
Salaries will be updated in January to the 2026 Salary Structure:
- 0-3 months: $1,200 USD/month
- After 3 months: You’ll receive a $50 monthly Wellness Bonus to support a healthy and balanced work life (total: $1,250/month).
- After 1 year: Salary increases to $1,340 USD/month
- After 2 years: Salary increases to $1,480 USD/month
- After 3 years: Salary increases to $1,540 USD/month
- After 4 years: Salary increases to $1,600 USD/month
- Annual Adjustments: You’ll also receive a raise each year and company-wide compensation adjustments as we continue to grow together.
