Job Description

We are looking for a permanent, full time person to join our team based in Heathrow, London, as the project administrator; you would be responsible for various administrative duties surrounding the project you have been assigned to. These duties may include documentation, meeting management, handling the project budget, and using time management skills to help the team stay on track.

Duties/responsibilities will be as follows (but not limited to):

  • Sort files manually and electronically
  • Ensure health and safety records are kept up to date and monitored
  • Coordinate Airside pass applications
  • Organise training for CSCS cards, as well as GSAT & BSAT
  • Support the project senior management team
  • Diary management of project senior management
  • Day to day administartive duties

Qualifications

We are looking for an individual who is:-

-Proficient MS office user

-SharePoint knowledge would be advantageous

Soft Skills:

  • Proactive and capable of meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Good communicator with the ability to engage with all levels of site personnel and senior stake holders
  • Key attention to ddetail
