Join BetterUp as a Recruiting Coordinator on a 12-week contract basis and play a critical role in delivering a stellar candidate experience across the organization. You will schedule interviews, respond to candidate emails, and work closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers to deliver an exceptional and consistent candidate experience.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, preferably at a growth-stage startup
- Experience managing high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones
- Experience with Ashby ATS preferred
- Positive attitude and curiosity to grow and learn
- Empathy and genuine care for people to ensure a great candidate experience
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Process-driven mindset with a focus on consistency and quality
- Comfortable with ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities
- Incredibly organized, able to switch between several tasks seamlessly
- Uses AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to draft communications, summarize information, and streamline repetitive scheduling tasks
- Demonstrates a beginner’s mindset by trying new AI tools and eagerly sharing improvements with the team
