The Recruiting Coordinator will partner with the recruiting team to coordinate high-volume interviews, manage candidate communications, and keep candidates moving smoothly through every stage of the hiring process.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or a similar operational role supporting hiring
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Exceptional organizational strength and attention to data accuracy
- Service-oriented mindset with genuine care for delivering a thoughtful candidate experience
- Ability to work in an hourly role with occasional schedule flexibility
- Working familiarity with ATS platforms, scheduling tools, and Google Workspace
