We're looking for junior/senior college students and grad students to join our team for the summer! As a digital marketing intern at BetterHelp, you’ll join a diverse team of licensed clinicians, engineers, product pros, creatives, marketers, and business leaders who share a passion for expanding access to therapy.

What are we looking for?
BetterHelp is seeking a motivated and creative Growth Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Growth Marketing Intern, you will play an important role in supporting our marketing efforts, with a specific focus on paid social and TV advertising.
What Will You Do?
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Assist in the development and execution of TV advertising campaigns, working closely with creative teams and media planners.
- Conduct creative analyses to evaluate the performance and impact of ad creatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for paid social and TV campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the mental health and online counseling space.
- Create and own the implementation of A/B testing strategies to optimize ad performance.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social and TV advertising.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital advertising platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
