About the role

We're looking for a Product Manager - Modeling & Analytics to define the future of how companies design and understand their compensation structures.

Our Modeling & Analytics team owns the systems that help compensation teams build salary structures that scale – ranges, grades, and progression logic that work for their organization. You'll also own how we integrate analytics and reporting into the core product, so users can understand the impact of their decisions without leaving their workflow.

This is a high-impact opportunity to shape an entire product domain. You'll define and execute the roadmap for next-generation modeling capabilities – including job-based ranges and AI-assisted tools that make complex compensation work more intuitive. You'll work directly with progressive compensation leaders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that evolve how the industry works.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the Modeling & Analytics product strategy – define and deliver a roadmap that advances our range modeling capabilities and transforms how customers get insights from their compensation data
  • Enable AI-assisted modeling and reporting – deliver capabilities that help users model structures and generate reports through natural interaction
  • Be the compensation domain expert – understand how progressive comp teams approach range modeling and bring innovative solutions to market
  • Drive customer discovery – spend real time with customers understanding their workflows and needs; synthesize signals to shape your product vision
  • Partner across functions – collaborate with engineering, design, customer success, sales, and data analysts

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS with a track record of shipping valuable products
  • Deep compensation domain expertise – you've built comp products or worked as a comp practitioner and understand range modeling, salary structures, grades/bands, and comp philosophy
  • Strong customer discovery skills – you uncover real needs and synthesize customer signals into compelling product vision
  • Product strategy and execution – you define roadmaps with clear rationale, prioritize effectively, and drive outcomes through delivery
  • Analytical thinking – you understand how users consume data and can design reporting experiences that help people make decisions
  • Cross-functional collaboration – you build strong partnerships across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
  • Nice to have: experience with AI/ML products or analytics product experience
