A Better Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER, RETAIL with a strong background in the mortgage industry (5+ years) to join our fast-paced growth marketing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact with distributed retail sales, responsible for ensuring lead volume, managing budgets, and meeting conversion targets. You will act as the team lead for onboarding new channels and sources, affiliate management, and serve as the backup expert on paid digital campaigns. Leveraging AI and automation will be another core part of this role through incorporating continuous learning, exploring new tools, and demonstrating meaningful ROI from AI-first initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Retail Sales Growth(50% time allocation) – Serve as the primary liaison with distributed retail sales to ensure lead volume, conversion, and budget targets are met.
  • Emerging Channels – Maintain a pipeline of new affiliates, lead partners, and platforms to onboard ensuring that 4+ new sources launch each month.
  • Affiliate Management–Oversee a book of partnerships to ensure performance targets are met, optimizing for conversion and growth.
  • AI & Automation Initiatives – Deliver ROI positive initiatives within your area of focus by leveraging AI and automation for performance marketing objectives.
  • Paid Digital Support –Act as backup to the Sr Manager, Paid Media who oversees paid digital channels (e.g.PPC, paid social, display, native, video) and CTV.
  • Industry Awareness – Stay current on the use of AI in marketing, performance marketing and paid media trends, mortgage industry and competitor trends, sharing relevant insights with the wider team.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid media and lead generation within the mortgage industry (required).
  • Proven success in affiliate management and multi-channel campaign execution (affiliate, email, PPC, social, display, native, video, CTV).
  • Experience in leveraging AI and automation to improve marketing and operational processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to optimize lead-generation campaigns against volume and conversion KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with sales teams and cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred but not required.
