- Strong positioning and launch instincts
- Comfortable building sales enablement from the ground up and working closely with a sales team to understand what they actually need to win
- Curious and research-driven
- Energized by building
- Genuinely AI-fluent
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, or a platform business is a strong plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
