Role Overview
The Bestow Delivery Management team is responsible for the execution of high-priority strategic initiatives. This role reports to the Senior Director, Delivery Management and is open to Remote (US).
What You Will Do
Manage the day-to-day implementation process and timeline from kickoff to go-live, serving as a primary delivery point of contact for client stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client needs are met while maintaining alignment with our platform’s capabilities and roadmap.

Requirements
- 3+ years in client-facing implementation, project management, or solution delivery roles, ideally in the SaaS or InsureTech space.
- Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder software implementations, preferably within regulated industries or with insurance carriers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and drive outcomes with guidance from senior leadership.
- Familiarity with the insurance industry - insurance product types underwriting, policy admin systems, or regulatory requirements is a strong plus.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build reliable relationships with client teams.
- Action oriented and ownership (follows through on what they say they’ll do)
- Comfortable collaborating across technical and non-technical teams to solve problems and deliver solutions.
- Proficiency with project management and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
