We are Benetics, a company born in Zurich in July 2022 from a shared vision to revolutionize the construction industry through digital innovation. Our founding team, Ferdinand Metzler, Dr. Aaron Shon, and Johan Tibell, brings a unique blend of hands-on construction experience and extensive expertise in cutting-edge technologies. Ferdinand, our CEO, previously worked as an electrician and successfully sold his first software company, Fision, to Zalando. Aaron, our CSO, and Johan, our CTO, each have 15 years of experience at Google, specializing in AI, big data, and scalable infrastructure. This combination of practical industry knowledge and deep technological understanding forms the bedrock of our approach.

Our core mission is to transform construction by providing digital solutions that create better working environments, promote efficient resource utilization, and ultimately boost productivity across the industry. We understand the daily challenges faced on construction sites – the communication hurdles, the paperwork, the coordination complexities. That's why we've developed an app designed to make life easier for everyone involved, from project managers in the office to workers on site. We believe that the right tools are crucial, and our software aims to be as essential as a hammer on every construction project. Our platform facilitates seamless communication, allowing project participants to access the latest plans, manage tasks effectively, track defects, and generate reports with ease. A key innovation we're proud of is our AI-powered voice assistant, which can even translate voice messages into different languages, breaking down communication barriers between multinational teams. We're constantly incorporating the latest advancements in generative AI, training our models with construction-specific technical terms to ensure they meet the unique demands of the industry. We're not just about applying technology for technology's sake; we're focused on solving real-world problems for our customers as simply and effectively as possible. Since our inception, we've grown, moved into a new office, launched mobile and web app versions, and are continually expanding our features, including an AI Email Assistant currently in beta testing.
