Requirements
- Bachelor's and 14+ years of related experience or Master's degree and 10+ years of related experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
- Extensive experience in technology leadership roles within the Biotech/pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of financial systems and technologies (e.g., ERP systems, fintech applications)
- Proficiency in software development, data management, cloud computing, and cybersecurity
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS)
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies and their application in the Biotech industry
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and drive innovation
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience with data management and analytics platforms
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
